The problem
Most growing businesses run on two worlds. The ERP holds the ledgers. The operation runs on trip sheets, vouchers, spreadsheets, weighbridge printouts and WhatsApp. Each department arrives at the meeting with its own numbers, and nobody can say which are right.
The classical answer is a bigger ERP project: years long, expensive, and still blind to what the truck actually did. There is a better way.
How it works
Every arm of the business runs on its own system: the weighbridge, the stores, the production line, the lab, the garage, the fleet, the branches, the ledger. Chazlytics connects them all and checks each against the others, so the whole operation runs on one version of the truth.
Each arm keeps the system it already uses. Weighbridge, stores, production, lab, garage, trackers, branch sales and your ERP flow into one data layer. The ERP is read, never written: it stays your system of record.
Every movement is checked against the others. Did what was weighed in match what was ordered? Did what was produced match what was packed? Did the truck go where the trip sheet says, and was the fuel what the distance warranted?
Gaps become a named list every morning, reports grade themselves against the targets you set, and managers chase exceptions instead of assembling spreadsheets.

The platform
One data layer across the whole operation, with fleet and fuel as the usual starting point.
Multi-leg trips, bookings, authorisations, fuel and expense vouchers, driver allowances by distance and load, enforced odometer closeouts, garage and maintenance, and printable trip packs. Vouchers lock the moment they print, so what is recorded can never drift from what was handed over.
Fuel issued is measured against planned distance, load and terrain, trip by trip and route by route. In Tanzania, every purchase is also checked against the regulator's legal cap price for that town.
Raw materials, packaging and finished goods received, stored and issued against what the weighbridge saw and what the lines consumed, so stock on paper matches stock on the floor.
Inputs, output and yield per line and per batch, with packaging use tracked bottle by bottle and carton by carton, from the processing floor to the finished goods store.
Every batch tested and tied to the raw material lots that made it and the loads that shipped it, so a quality question has an answer in minutes, not days.

Proof
Chazlytics was built inside a working East African manufacturer and distributor, with its own fleet, weighbridge and branch network, and runs its operation every day. Pointed at real trips, the platform's own reports surfaced problems no audit had found:
from the stored figures across 212 trips, caused by a silent recording fault. Found by reconciling three independent reports; fixed at the source.
